We have the all black model, not the stainless steel. But since I didn’t find a listing for the black model I will write my review here.

The one big issue that we have with this oven is with the touch screen. After paying almost 3000.00 for the oven, and designing our new kitchen around this oven, replacing it with something else would be an expensive option. After less than 2 years the touchscreen started going out (display was dim and some of the buttons started not working). Called the repair guy out and he fixed it under warranty. While he was there I had asked him about it because I thought 1 1/2 to 2 years was kind of short for an oven that cost that much. He said, “Yeah, the touchscreens on these things go out all the time.” So I’m thinking great, on top of the 3k I spent I have to replace a 200.00 dollar control panel every 2 years. He said, “Don’t wipe it with wet or damp cloth and if you can help it don’t wipe it if you don’t have to, it might last longer.” “You do realize this is in the kitchen, it’s going to get dirty if you don’t wipe it off?” He just shrugged his shoulder.

Well here it is about 2 1/2 years later and guess what …. it’s going out again.

Stupid me…I didn’t buy the extended warranty. And by the time he came out to fix it it was too late. So now i’m wondering how much it’s going to cost to for labor after I pay 200.00 for the part.

Bottomline …. be aware. Maybe we got a lemon, although I don’t think so since the 2nd panel only lasted a little longer than the first. Think seriously about the warranty. When it comes time that you need it, it will cost way more.
