Cons: Doesn’t work and apparently never will

Well, we’ve had the Bosch 5055 for six months and it has never worked! The only thing worse than the oven is Bosch customer service, whose specialty seems to be lying — telling us that servicers have been contacted when they have not, that’s parts have been ordered when they have not, that parts have been received but are in quality control, etc.
