We just got this oven and it is absolutely wonderful. The controls are intuitive and very easy to use. Unlike ovens I had in the past, the temperature control is accurate. I cooked a large turkey using the probe in “convection roast” mode and it came out perfectly.

Update on February 12, 2004 –

I thought I would write to an update to my earlier review on this oven. As noted in my initial “quick review,” the oven is very attractive, using high quality materials throughout. The controls are intuitive and easy to use. The initial cooking results were excellent, better than expected.

After having used the oven now for more than three months, I am happy to report that it continues to exceed expectations. We have cooked roasts, turkeys, salmon filets, etc., using the probe feature. In each and every case the food came out perfectly cooked. The oven also does a splendid job of cooking pizzas and baking cakes. This is one of the most satisfactory consumer products I have purchased, and I highly recommend it.
