After taking the plunge and remodeling the kitchen I decided to go with a double wall oven rather than a single.

My brother who owns his own Food Service equipment repair company suggested DCS over all the other brands. The choice was narrowed down to the Dacor, Kitchen Aid or the DCS. Viking from what every salesman has told me is basically Junk so I did not even look into them. Although the DCS was higher than the Dacor by only 100.00 the features and quality were much better. the racks slide out very easily on rollers. the broilers are covered in a thick piece of glass so it saves space in the oven and is also a safety feature. The temperature is extremely accurate and the true convection is great when baking cookies. Anyone who is looking into a wall oven and does a lot of cooking should consider the DCS wall oven.
