Positive Absolutely none at the moment.
Cons: IT DOES NOT WORK AND THEY DON’T CARE

Although we bought this oven because of its many features and ease of use, we have encountered enormous services problems. Both ovens burned out after being run through the self cleaning process for the first time and after a month we are still waiting for repair. Their authorized service company has proven completely inept. Buyers should also be aware that calls to customer service are handled in New Zealand and Australia, which are roughly a day ahead of the US time wise, and this leads to delays.

While it is troubling is that both my retailer and the service company complain about this company, even more so is that their customer service representative also admits to frustrations because Fisher’s own US service and sales staff do not respond. So far all they have done is offer to extend the warranty a year, but put nothing in writing, and this is after loosing three days of work because of their inept service company. AND THE OVENS STILL DO NOT WORK!
