Owner of a Big Bread Box

Positive The oven has served us well as a big stainless bread box.
Cons: Service and parts availability is laughable. Save your money and buy domestic.

Our oven was installed in late August. The heat control electronics, a circuit board-apparently only available in Australia or New Zealand, died the Friday before Thanksgiving. Nice timing. We waited almost two weeks for a new board to be delivered (slow boat from down under apparently). The board arrived along with an eager service rep to our house. After the better part of a day the service rep was unable to get the oven working. Now I am told the aero fan does not work. We are currently waiting for the regional FP rep to return our call to replace the oven. Two days, still waiting for a return call.

The oven we replaced was a Whirlpool, original to the house that was built in 1973. In the 10 years we have owned this house we never had problems with the oven. Buyers remorse? You bet!
