disappointing customer service

Positive Large capacity, excellent aero features.
Cons: Customer service, finish ages with spots

We really like the style and functionality of this oven. It’s distinguished by VERY large capacity and many features and add-ins. The different modes can be a bit intimidating but the manual does help a bit to know which aero mode might be best.

If you buy Iridium, keep in mind you might not match it with other appliances including vent.

My only complaint is the customer service. After a month we noticed rust like spots on the finish that didn’t go away with cleaning (using only approved soap). We called and their response was… if it wasn’t there when you unpacked it, then it’s not their problem’. So much for standing behind your product.

Hopefully it continues to perform because if we have problems, we probably won’t get manufacturer support.
