Nothing but trouble. Inconsistent oven temps have resulted in undercooked and raw food or overdone and burned food. We have tried cooking food at different temperatures and using different modes. We have had service but there has been no improvement. The fan in the oven is very loud. Extreme amount of hot air is forced into my kitchen making the room, which is large, unbearably hot. Standing 6 feet away from the oven, i feel hot air blowing in my face. This oven cannot be operating properly. Customer service is bad. Customer service reps do not return our calls. They will not give out phone numbers of people higher up in the food chain. We have been allowed to speak with low level employees only. The oven is an odd size meaning that if we want to replace it we will have to mutilate our brand new cabinets resulting in great expense. I can find nothing good about this oven. It is a 30″ wall oven but has small capacity of 3.4 cu ft. Most 30″ wall ovens have a cubic foot capacity of 4.0 or higher. The oven was very expensive. we bought the oven from House of Appliances in Delray Beach FL and paid 2921.00. They have offered no customer service. I wish I had bought a simpler, less expensive oven from Sears.
