Cons: Poor design and engineering. Horrible service From Maytag.
Works well when working. The control boards are not properly insulated from the oven, so they are likely to fry during oven cleaning. The oven was installed when I bought the house. In the two years I have owned the oven, it has required two major repairs. Customer service from Maytag is terrible. Plan on at least an hour on the phone and expect to set aside a 10 hour for the repair man to arrive. Phone service people vary from rude to incompetent. At first they said they could not provide service because I did not know the Serial number. One of the oven doors has to be removed to get at the serial number. Mine was totally incompetent. He did not know how to open the oven door that was locked due to a burned out heat sensor even though that was the reason for the service call. He rescheduled for a different day and never showed.
Oven has a noisy fan that is supposed to keep the air around the boards cool. In addition to the noisy fan, the oven is continually giving noisy alarms and gives tactile feedback. This cannot be turned off.
