Cons: slow heating, horrible service, overpriced
First Jenn-air sent the wrong specs to our cabinet maker. The oven didn’t fit in when it arrived. The cabinet makers had to rebuild the opening.
The door hinges are too weak and the door wouldn’t shut probably and therefore not come up to temperature. Replaced with stronger hinges under warranty. The probe didn’t work - complete panel replaced.
Oven still takes 15-20 minutes to come up to 350oC
Jenn-Air service filled with people who lose faxes, argue with you and in general really rude
