terrible service and customer service

Positive we don’t have to use it much
Cons: very poor quality control

we have one of these and have only used it three times. luckily it is not our primary oven. try calling and setting up a repair ( ours was 120 degrees too hot !)or try just calling customer service. it is a nightmare. they do not handle their own service, but will not allow any local repair outfits to order parts either!
