Oven Fan Noise
Positive Simple, easy to use controls. Accurate temperatures
Cons: Noisy fan air flow. Poor customer service
The oven had a high pitched air flow noise when the oven was turned on. Numerous phone calls to the retail store and Maytag, three service calls, and two replacement fans did not cure the problem. During the last service call, I discovered that placing a bent piece of cardboard around the fan cured the problem. The service tech made a shroud around the fan out of duct tape type material which fixed it.
I will never buy another Maytag product based on this product and Maytag customer service.
