Tough combination. I’ve had a wonderful kitchen for 10 years with Gagganeau. Nice looking…..but….

Then I went “over the top” and spent $25,000 on a La Cornue.

Gorgeous sculpture. I sold it on ebay for about 1/2 what I paid. After 18 months, I purchased a 60″ dual fuel new stainless steel with the dehydrater accessory and the 10″ back splash (reccomended by dealer and Wolf for high temp grill).

I chose the config that has (from L to R) 4 burners including the 200 btu simmer, then 24″ grill, then 2 more burners.

The interior is SELF CLEAN thank god, who’d want the La Cornue ? 2 fans for convection BUT your choice, you don’t need to use ‘em ! the grills are very rugged and NOT painted so they’ll never chip. IT’s great, I love it, my kids find it easy to use for mac and cheese, and I can prep for 20 with fun. BUY IT
